Returns

If your Auguste piece isn't quite right, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items can be returned for a refund, instant exchange, or store credit unless marked as Final Sale.

Conditions of Return
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (unless faulty).
  • Swimwear must be returned unworn with hygiene stickers and tags attached. Please try on over underwear.
  • Please follow garment care instructions – damage from improper care will not be considered a fault.
  • Faulty items will be replaced where stock is available. If not, a full refund will be issued.
Lodging Your Return
  • Use the return label provided, as your return is tracked via this label.
  • Lodge separate return requests for items from multiple orders.
  • Have your return label scanned at your local Australia Post Office.
Instant Exchanges (AU Only)
  • Exchanges are processed instantly — your new item will ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are dispatched within our standard processing timeframe.
  • Your original item must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged.
  • A $1 hold may be placed on your card to secure the exchange item.
  • Exchanges under $100 incur a $10 handling fee.
  • Exchanges over $100 are free.
Store Credit (AU Only)
  • Store credit is issued once your return is received and processed.
  • You’ll receive it via email as a digital gift card.
  • Bonus: Receive an extra $5 credit when choosing store credit.
  • Store credit cannot be refunded later.
Return Fees & Options
  • Refund: $10 handling fee applies for Australian returns. International fees are calculated during submission.
  • Store Credit: Free returns + $5 bonus credit.
  • Instant Exchange: Free (includes return shipping and new order shipping).
Once Your Return is Received
  • You can track your return using your Australia Post label.
  • All returns undergo a quality check upon arrival.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you used a gift card + card, the refund is applied to the gift card first.
  • Afterpay purchases will receive an updated payment schedule.
  • You will receive confirmation once your return is processed.
International Customers

  • Customers must arrange their own return shipping via a preferred carrier.
  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
  • If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
